Mobility & Flexibility – Mobile joints and flexible muscles are the key ingredients to feel better, perform daily task with more ease and reduce your chance of injury. Learn how to actively control movement while working on mobility and flexibility.
Reggaeton – A new concept, a dance-choreography full of expression, technique and style. We use a basic movements of fitness, – hip-hop and a specific steps of this new trend expressing strength and toughness yet sensuality at the same time using coordinated – and simple movements with style. As a result we are able to perform a colourful choreography which is accessible to everyone.
Pilates – Pilates is a workout focusing on your core strength as well as on your full body conditioning, improving your flexibility and raising your mind & body awarness. Want lean abdominals and strong body without having to lift weights and staying in the gym for hours and hours, this is the class to join.
