Sneak peak to Dublin Autumn Day 2014

Hi Everyone

Hope you are having a great Monday morning!

A huge warm thank you to everyone, who came to Dublin Autumn Day Saturday just gone! It was such a great afternoon with all of your smiley faces! So happy to have been able to share that moment with you.

I had a chance to finish up this video clip from the class of our fabulous Cristian Fernandez. Take a look and watch out for my next post with more videos and photos. I will hopefully get a chance to do it over next few days.

Ireland’s Fitness Party 2014

Weekend just gone happened to be the very first edition to Ireland’s Fitness Party 2014, which saw a wide variety of professionals from all around Ireland. Event ran over 4 days representing pretty much every single fitness related activity out there and here are a few selected snaps from it. Over the weekend there were a lot of outdoors activities and this is just one of them.

SportsCo Open Day!

A quick blog about an Open Day in SportsCo on Saturday the 1^st of November from 2pm-5pm. This day is open to members and non members so everyone is welcome to join. The more the merrier of course! During the day there will be FREE 30 min taster classes. Check the poster below for the schedule. Everyone who attends will also have free access to the pool and leisure suite during these hours so please remember to grab your bathing suits. SportsCo is also running kids activities in the Sports Hall so you do not need to worry about babysitters for this Saturday afternoon. SportsCo partners in the Metro Golf and Urban Day Spa will be giving away vouchers too. Anyone who signs up on the day will receive a discount on membership.

Dublin Autumn Day 2014

I am super happy to announce that on the 15th of November we have yet again planned for you Dublin Autumn Day and this time you have an amazing opportunity to meet our beloved Cristian Fernandez. Take a look below for the schedule of the event.

Cristian Daniel Fernandez Garcia is a Spanish born International Presenter, who has shown his tremendous work talent all over the world and who will be visiting Dublin again so if you haven’t met him yet, this is your opportunity to join our event and get inspired. Cristian works in one of the most prestigious fitness clubs in Barcelona called David Lloyd teaching a number of different classes and you will have a perfect opportunity to follow his Aero and our team GlamDance class. Here is a small taster of his work in Euroconvention St Tropez last year.
